Im starting to lose faith on mi way. You spend hours holding 4 an agent to take your call wen they do finally answer they tell you they experiencing high volume calls and cant assist you, some will call you back and guess wat no one ever calls, my car had flood damage on Sunday till to day no one called me back to update me even battled 2 get through on monday 2 lodge a claim. Absolutely no courtesy for their clients
