Bad Service!!!

I have a blackberry cellphone from Bayport cellular in paarl which is on my husbands name. I am in a managerial position at work and have to be on 24hr call for our production facilities as well as being able to contact them should a crisis arise. All the managers have blackberry's and communicate via BIS, although to my BIG suprise i was in a situation that i needed to contact our factory due to a breakdown and i could phone out or use my BIS. Checking my husbands statement the account which goes off by debit order (and which has NEVER been in arrears) has been paid. An amount of R449 went off on the 28th November and then i see Bayport decided to take the next payment on the 12th December. So could someone please explain why i have to be in the position that i cannot do my job as we have honoured our side of the contract and i now sit with no BIS. I need to explain why i can not return any of the BBM's that my boss sends to me. I am highly embarrest to say my phone is off, the managers are going to think i do not pay my accounts. This is really bad service and i have been highly put out.
