NO MONEY IN ATM AND NO REVERSAL OF DEDUCTION

I WITHDREW MONEY AT THE ATM AND DID NOT GET ANY MONEY FROM THE ATM. MY MOTHER PHONE NABOOM BRANCH AND CHARL INFORMED HER AN AUTO REVERSAL WOULD BE DONE IN A DAY OR TWO. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH NEDBANK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FOLLOW IT UP. NOW 5 DAYS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY AND BLAME IS BEING SHIFTED FROM ONE BANK TO THE OTHER AND THEY ARE GETTING INTEREST ON MY HARD EARNED MONEY
