I am extremely upset that it takes Discovery Card so long to release my funds onto my credit card. I have a debit order set up for the 25th of the month (when I get paid) and it is now the 30th and my money has not come through. It states on my transaction list that R 6, 189.29 was a payment on 25 April but this money has been sitting as outstanding for 5 days already. I use this money to buy my groceries! I spoke to Dumisani who said that he will investigate. He will call me back but will not be able to do so tomorrow because it is a public holiday. But it is OK to leave a customer without money on a public holiday because transfers do not happen on public holidays! Unacceptable bad customer service! Do not offer a product if you are unable to run it properly and ethically!
