I have been calling miway since yesterday and still I dont get help, everytime somebody answers after holding for 20minutes they will tell me I am in a wrong department, when they transfer me it takes another 20 minutes and I have also left messages to the consultants so that they can get back to but nobody has called me this is disturbing and to be told that no agent is available is ridiculous, this is not the way to treat paying customers, I am very dissappointed.
