6 days of no banking service

I received an EFT from a Nedbank customer yesterday. Payments from this customer normally reflects the next morning. After speaking to the lost card department, the only open call centre for FNB, I was told that the payment would clear next Tuesday / Wednesday. The transfer was not made on a public holiday. This means that for any inter bank transfers, there will be no banking service for 6 days, including the day before and the day after the public holidays.

I want access to MY MONEY this Easter weekend. But of course I expect FNB to tell me there's nothing they can do about it.
