I Paid a large sum of money into my discovery card via EFT on the 25th of May and it is still not reflecting on my account at discovery. Every time I email I call I am told they will get back to me in a number of working days. They NEVER ever do and when I call back "We will investigate and get back to you in another 3 or 4 working days" From my side it feels like they are doing absolutely nothing as the call center agents tell me nothing new. Of course the debit order on my account works just fine yesterday...
