Exceptionally helpful

A few months ago funds were removed from my account and on another occasion my wallet, containing all my cards, was. On both occasions the staff at FNB in Laudium were exceptionally helpful and efficient.

The matter was handled swiftly (the payments were frozen). The department investigated and within two weeks the transactions were reversed.

I collected my cards at the branch in Menlyn where, once again, the staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient.
