Constantly receiving SPAM from Capitec

I have for the past year or so been receiving phone calls and smses to pay my Capitec account to avoid legal action. Every phone call (atleast 15 in the past year) I have told the operators that I, a white female, am not DANIEL MAHLALELA and that they need to remove me from their data base. I am still on their database and am constantly being annoyed by these calls and smses. This morning I was smsed and I called the number. I spoke to a Mathabo who had told me she can only remove me from the account that she is working on and that I have to phone the others to remove me. When I had asked her to do it or make a plan she had told me that she can't as she only works on this account. Bearing in mind that I am the one that is being inconvenienced here and that I must now make the other phone calls. When I had asked her to speak to her manager, she said she didn't have a manager, to which I had asked her if she was then the CEO of the company, and she replied "YES". I must remind you that the calls are being recorded as we are so often reminded of when we make these calls. This behaviour is UNACCEPTABLE and I will take this further. For now the service at Capitec is SHOCKING!
