Harrasment from VVM & no response from Capitec

Hi,

I have complained to Capitec in the past about this and nothing gets done. This is the second time that I am complaining about the same thing on Hello Peter.

I have been paying my loan back to VVM a partner of Capitec. I wanted to make a settlement discount and Capitec said they would arrrange this. I am still waiting for roughly a month now for Capitec to get back to me as promised.

However in the meantime I get harrased by phone calls from VVM and I have requested over 20 times that they only contact me after 16:30, yet they continue to harras me at work and never phone at the time that they agree to and according to them record in their system.

I have had enough of this pathetic service from Capitec and VVM. If you want to treat me like this then I will close my account imeadiately and go to FNB. I will also be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman as this has been going on for over a year now and if I get any more harrasing phone calls then I will be suing both Cpaitec and VVM for harrasing me.
