Our client was charged R10 000 for a home loan application and after 3 months they have had no proof of any application been done. I own a loan origination company and after enquiring with all the banks including the one she said gave an AIP, non of the banks have an application under the purchasers ID numbers. We have requested her to send us proof of any application to any bank but to date nothing.
