With all the bad service one receives these days, I'm pleasantly surprised by African Independent staff. I would like to use this opportunity to thank Mpho for his awesome service and his great deal of patients when dealing with customers over the phone. He explained everything so well and for the first time ever I was well informed about an insurance product and what I was getting my self in to.
Mpho, you are a star and I truly wish there were more people like you in this industry.
