Un fair deductions

I visited the slow lounge at ORTambo on the 21/03/2013, they swiped my card and said that it is normal procedures just to check if my platinum card is still active. But according to my bank statement they deducted R500. I spoke to Bongani Makasi on the 18/04/2013 about it and he reported it and said to me that the money will be back in my account with in two working days. I followed it -up on the 23/04/2013 and still nothing he promise me that he did forwarded me request again. On the 29/04/2013 I get the same answer still no progress, I just want to know if that is the treatment I am going to get in future. That is not what I want because the service there was very good and professional. Thank you.
