I HAD TO CANCEL A DEBIT ORDER FOR PLATINUM LIFE DUE TO FINANCIAL CRISIS, RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM, AND THEY ARE JUST THE BEST - THEY WILL START DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AGAIN END OF FEBRUARY ONLY, I AM NOT LOSING MY POLICY - AND THEY HAVE "DOWNGRADED" MY POLICY SLIGHTLY TO MAKE PAYMENTS EASIER FOR MYSELF. I HAVE YET TO HEAR OF AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT IS NOT CANCELLED AFTER PAYMENTS MISSED, AND WHERE THEY CALL YOU TO MAKE SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS GOING FORWARD, WITHOUT ANY ARREARS REQUESTED, ETC. I LOVE YOU GUYS - YOU ARE THE BEST - MARTIE WHEN YOU CALLED ME YESTERDAY, I WAS HONESTLY SURPRISED. I AM ACTUALLY SPEECHLESS, BUT OH SO THANKFUL :)
