I cancelled my policy with Platinum Life a week ago. I received the email that acknowledged that they had received my email and would contact me. They phoned me to convince me to reduce the premium and change the policy. I told her I would have to talk to my husband as this was a mutual decision. They phoned the next day again and he said "No, thanks." I assumed it was taken care of, but this morning I got an sms from my bank saying the debit order had gone through.
I would like them to reverse the debit order please.
