Called in to update my information with Platinum life and to query the fact that I was not informed of the increase. The consultant who assisted me then told me that you do not inform of increases. I use to get letters, reminder and gifts from you, but it looks like once you have a customer, you make no effort of keeping them. The consultant didn't even as much as try to convince me otherwise to not cancel my policy with you. Pity I did not get her name. If this is the attitude that I get then I surely do not want to continue with my policy and will surely not recommend it ever again like I have in the past.
