I received a quote from [URL Removed] early march.
On March 20th I emailed them advising that I would not be taking the cover.
On April 26 [URL Removed] debited R780 from my account.
I called The call centre and spoke with Desiree whom advised that they would first need to investigate and decide if they would refund as they never received my email and that they would need to listen to the recording.
In my recording I clearly indicated that I would first review the documents before giving my go ahead. I was advised that under no circumstances would the debit my account without confirmation.
The assistance received was alarming, distasteful and there is no regard for decent customer service.
And after this I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back!!!
