Unacceptable service

I am a member of Zone Fitness [member number 50104479], enrolled with Cape Quarter branch in Green point. I called the head office in March to find out if they can change my debit order to be 20th or 25th as all other debits of mine go off on these days, explained that the 1st is way too far for me for their debit date. I was advised that they only have the 1st. I then requested my debit order details to be removed as I will do the cash payment which is the option I was given by the head office. They couldnt remove the details BUT advised me to do cash payment. On the 20th of March I indeed made a cash payment and emailed faxed the proof of payment to the details I was given by the head office.

On the 28th March Zone Fitness debited me, why was this amount debit as I already paid on the 20th March 2013? This is not acceptable, I NEED MY MONEY BACK
