I have two issues
1. I do not understand how you can randomly close/block clients' credit card at will.
I got an sms saying that I must go FICA my credit card but when I picked the credit card from the branch I had to bring my ID and proof of residence.
What happened to those documents?
For client relation purposes a text message is not appropriate, you could have forwarded an email or ran a campaign to make your clients aware.
2. I cannot view my statement online. Kindly update your program and ensure it is compatible with the latest ADOBE.
I would like to know how much I am owing so I can pay off this account and close it.
