We recently received this lovely letter from Standard Insurance Brokers stating because we have not claimed our premium will decrease. Thrilled at the news, I went and checked to see if all policy details are still valid and up to date, only to realize the payment had in fact not decreased but rather increased. ODD as the value of the vehicles had obviously depreciated.
I contacted the call center who claimed that due to a "non payment" the premium increased. This is absolute hogwash as all payments have been made, and the fault was a Standard Insurance Brokers fault.
I requested the manager contacted me back with a good excuse, Still waiting for the phone call. Remaining quiet will not resolve this complaint.
