No feedback from Forex

I'm absolutely disgusted by the way that my Business Bank is treating their customers.

I've sent THREE queries so far to Forex for an international payment that is not reflecting in my business account and till date no one has even bothered to get back to me, or just to indicate that they busy looking into it.

Also received no feedback whatsoever on what the criteria is for a business loan for a small business. It would seem they will only get back to you if you are a big corporate business. The small businesses out there gets ignored.

So glad I decided to move my business account to a more competent one.
