Very poor communication and execution

I tried to resolve this issue with Investec, but they are incapable of resolving it professionally.

I opened my accounts in the nineties. When Fica time came, I went to great length to Fica correctly, and even visited them, to do it, somewhere in 2005.

14 Jan 2013, I send an email, requesting to now receive statements by Email.
No reply until 17 Jan, I had to request it again.
17 Jan, got reply from a Ntombenhle Buthelezi, she says I am not Fica compliant.
I reply 18 Jan that I will not Fica again, and ask Me Buthelezi to find my previous Fica.
She replies 21 Jan, apologizes, and says she made a mistake.
I then get my statements by email, all ok.
Then, out of the blue, 23 Apr, an email from a Chad Roode, asking me to Fica.
I reply 24 Apr, said it was sorted out previously, I attach previous mails, said I am not Fica again. I said I am going to post this on HelloPeter if this is not sorted out.
It is 29 Apr, no reply.

Can I say I find it unbelievable how banks use the public as sheep, working for them, and causing them trouble and time, due to their incompetence.

I am highly disgusted by this and will close my accounts if this is not sorted out.

Pathetic.
