I had monies taken off my account in November 2012. When I reported the case, the monies had been returned into my account, however, in March this year, the same amount had been deducted off my account with the same reference. When I made enquiries, the dept mentioned that 'my documents haven't been received'. I went back into my branch (Florida Road), who had previously sent the documents and they assured me that it has been sent. Nevertheless, they have resent it. To date, my monies haven't been recovered and FNB division refuses to accept liability and refund the money based on the fact that no documents have been received. I refuse to accept this and I have been a loyal customer of FNB for many years, yet they seem to pass the buck when the client needs them. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from the bank.
