Absa hires people that have no idea whats going on

So i phoned last week Monday to register for online banking to get a 3 month bank statement, so i phone and get hold of Morris who then tells me ill be registered in 24 hours and i can expect the statement the following day via email. So on Wends day i still have heard nothing so i phone again and am told that this will be put though to the people that register you as high priority. So today Monday, 1 week latter i phone and i get hold of Jennete, she asks me for my account details and informs me that they can't use my card number, they need an account number, and that i can do this online for a charge of R21 per month.
