I was called by a manager confirmig issue has been resolved, assuring me that he can see that the reversal I requested for will be in my account on Monday 13.01.2013, I waited patiently and still yet today nothing is happening. I do not have the time to go to the bank to sort this out, which I did in the first place. I cannot believe this is the type of service I am gettting, as I said you do not have the right to do as you please with my money. I was honest and told you I need that money. Do I need to DIE first before you see I was honest and serious. Well if I am DEAD or LOOSE my job, I will in anyway not be having an account with you or pay you.
Is this the treatment client gets when they complain about service they recieve, I am also going to email the CEO . I need and want my money please!!!
