On 1 June, R3000 was taken out of my bank account, even though I had my bank card with me. I logged a case with the absa branch. The feed back is minimal. I tried to call a number supplied by the branch rep regarding my case but to my luck, both numbers only ring. The rep from the branch himself was not courteous when following up via email. He shows no signs to even find out about the case . this was the only money I had for the month. To top it up, he emailed me account details and ID documents of another client of the bank's. I responded to this email and I received the following response "bro errors do happen everyday ".
I am really disappointed with the services offered by Absa. I have been a client for the last 8 years. I'm really questioning their security policy over our monies and the attitude of their staff. Its revolting!!!
