I want someone to answer quick:

my parents have finished paying off their house, somehow absa has sent a letter to say, they (the bank) either get to keep the title deed, or my parents my cancel the policy and pay cancellation fee and attorney fees. please tell me why this is? why ooh why?

Absa is obviously on a mission to rip people off. and to make matters worse they dont even sansitise the customers on such things. other banks dont do this...

I will await prompt feedback as this is not acceptable.
