Cancelled this Policy nr: HPM10100069872P 3 months back and now I received a letter cornfiming I took another one which I didn't and it has been debited from my edgars account.this is not accepted I want this policy cancelled again ASAP and reversed from my account as this does not adhere twith the FAIS law nor CPA
