I took out a policy with Assupol in 2004, i then later requested that the policy made paid up as i could not continue paying, the lady that assisted me told me that i will only be able to withdraw the funds after the term has lapsed, the policy was for 10 years, i am now suppose to get the money now in 2014, yesterday i called the call centre trying to find out on when can i expect my money, i spoke to Phuthi who told me that the policy was cancelled not made paid up, but i was not refunded my money, he then promised me to investigate and phone me back, until now i have not heard from him, I dont even know who to speak to.
