Payout not paid, for eldery funeral

I am logging this complaint for the second time now. My brother called the head office and spoke to two ladies on different occasions, it was Chuma and the other 1 I forgot the name. But nothing came from that 1, because he was asked for the policy number.
He called the Katlehong branch, where he spoke to Eunice, he asked her for the policy number, as it's not reflecting on the receipt. The nerve of that woman, she asked him, "What is it to you". I don't know what sort of agents you hire, she is ill mannered, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, doesn't know anything about customer service or telephone etiquette.
All I am asking for is please sort out this mess. I am sick and tired of running after you. But 1 thing is for sure I will tell those elderly people at DH William, about this. I am going to tell other's as well, so I will not be recommending Assupol to anyone.
This is the worst service ever for pay outs. Now I know that Standard Bank and Assupol are the worse service provider. But Assupol takes the cake on this 1.
