I used the ATM opposite Woolies in Sandton mall to withdraw money, the ATM made a typical sound as if money is coming out for about a full 3 minutes or so, and nothing came out. It later displayed ' sorry we cannot process your request'. But guess what, my statement reflects that the same amount of money left my account without me ever seeing it. What are the repurcusions in this case now.? When i use the ATM, I expect to either get the money or be informed ATM is out of order, not to lose money like that for nothing.
