My car was damaged with the hail in October 2012.
On 30 January 2013, it was sent to an authorized and recommended outsurance auto repair shop.
I still do not have my car back. (25/02/13)
My car was due to me on 20 February 2013
I do not understand why it takes 25 days to fix the car.
I have contacted many people at outsurance and nobody can help me. Nobody could answer my questions.
I am very dissatisfied. I hope something car be done about it as I am tired of being under-serviced by Outsurance.
