Bad Service and no responce

We had a house on the 23 April 2013. It took Outsurance 9 Days to come out and to do a accessment for the goods that were taken from the house. Outsurance did not come out them selfs they sent a third party person contacted to Outsurance. The company was Sias.
I think the advert is false as they calm they bend over backward for their customers and cut out the middle man. Were Outsurance is using contacted out companies to do there assessments and not them self.
The assessment took -5 hours to do and the lady was late on arrival to the house.
She phoned our family member's and questioned them about the goods we had in our house, our family felt as if they have been though a interrogation. They are not happy with the service Outsurance has given us. As all our family belongs to Outsuance and have been loyal clients for over 20 years.
I have been advised if this is not resolved by this week to take it to the ombudsman.
