In November 2012, I had my geyser changed by Outsurance, which I am absolutely greatful for however my ceiling board was left unfixed and I was advised that the outsourced Company would return to my house withing a week. It is now January 14 2013 and I still have a huge hole in my ceiling that has been fixed. I've been calling Outsurance Call Centre from Wednesday the 9th of January 2013 to query this as I had been in December and I have been advised that someone will call me back, I called again on the 10th, the 11th and today which is the 14th but I still do not have resolution on my query. Although I understand that Outsurance is using an external Company for this, I have to say how dissapointed I am at such a Service failure especially since I do not miss any payments when I have to pay them monthly.
