So the big insurance group; Outsurance can manipulate the man in the street, despite their latest marketing campaign "they bend over backwards" being a joke, because they expect the customer to do that for them!
My Outsurance bonus was due on 28th February 2013. When it didn't appear on my account, I queried it on 18th March 2013. I waited and queried it again during April only to find they lost the original query. Finally, they said they paid it on the 12th April 2013. As at 26th April 2013, it still does not appear in my account. I take a screen print of account from internet, and they refuse to accept that as proof I haven't received the funds.
Outsurance demands that I go and get a "bank stamped" print out of the very same account, but will not entertain the cost the bank charges for such document. I am willing to go and do an Affidavit at the Police Station, which will cost me nothing, but they demand a bank statement, yet refuse to pay for it!
Every 5th day that this situation is left unresolved, I will post an update of the feedback I get (which is very different to the "sweet" comments that these institutions write responding to the complaints! ")
