Absolutely shocking

On the 26/04/2013 @ 12:31 I had 2 draw my money out of atm in bellville @ old oak bp oakvlei atm I needed to buy my wife new clothe as she starts workin on monday I proceeded to draw money and the atm jammed and turned red telling me that the service has been cancelled but my money out of my acc was gone I immediately phoned the lost/ card line and they advised me to go to the nearest branch wich was brackenfell what poor service just to tell me there's nothing I can do but wait for 15 working days I decided to go to standerd bank in tygervalley they told me there's nothing they can do until monday because tommorow is a public holiday does that make it my problem or standard banks problem I'm so dissapointed how am I going to work or iam I going to send my wive to work on monday its so unfair and fealt that I was treated like a criminal its my money not yours what happens if I don't even get my money back I'm going to the police or lawyers with this if my matter does not get attention
