Our car was at the start of the year. The assessor used the worong M&M code to assess our car which lead to a underassessment of R15000, even after this was pointed out to them they were difficult to budge. This was sorted out after a struggle. A month ago I damaged my motorcycle and I'm still struggling to get the correct approval out of them in order for Honda to repair it. They really do not seem to care one bit about client service or customer satisfaction. Absolutely horrid service. As soon as I can I'm moving.
