Putrid Client Service and Bad attitudes

Walked into the Repairs Office this morning, needed to have my motorcycle looked at for an oil lead on the cylinder head, so I greet the 3 consultants and nobody responded... Greeted once again and the 1 guy responds who seemed uninterested in assisting me... I drove 45 kms with my bike on a trailer and get told sorry we don't have space because we getting other bikes in containers. He didn't even get up and go and look... Its not like a bought a scooter at Honda Kayalami, I spent over 100k with them and this is the service they provide... the #$%&^ you attitude... Nobody bothered to say okay sir you drove all this way lets see if I can make space for your motorcycle to stand, even if they were to start repairs the following week. I would've been happy... Now I get told they cannot fix my motor cycle motor because "warranty" doesn't cover gaskets and oil leaks... Fact is motor cycle is brand new Suzuki gsxr 1000 LO and I dont even own this motorcycle a year. Very disappointed in the service and treatment and surely will take my business somewhere else in the near future...
