Rarely have I had the opportunity to deal with a company that is so 100% focused on customer service, as was the case with Puzey.
My son had an accident with his motorcycle, and after getting the normal complete runaround from the insurance company for a month, we finally got to deal with both Kerry and Liz at Puzey.
Not only did they go out of their way to quickly pick up the motorcycle, they had it repaired in no time at all, and kept us updated with the progress from start to finish.
I could not believe how utterly professional they were, and they are definitely a shining example of customer service to not only their own industry, but to most businesses out there today.
All I can say, is that I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and service, and I will be recommending them to each and everyone I come across.
I wish this company and especially both Kerry and Liz nothing but the very best for the future, although I am sure, with such service they will definitely continue to grow and make a success of it, beyond even their own expectations.
