I have been an AA member since 2010 and joined with the AA on encouragement from a freind. I have always received excellent service and when I needed to have my premiums adjusted this year ie. 2013 no on was willing to be accomodating other than Brent. Even the managers attitudes were alot less than desirable. I was given a sermon of what they could not do after repeatedly asking them what they can do. Brent managed to revise my rate to that which I deemed affordable. AA, hold onto this employee, he will ensure that you will retain your clientele base to pay your salaries. Well done Brent, you set the example for both Ridwaan and Benita.
