No customer satisfaction here!!!

I have tried numerous times and been into the bank how many times. The service is absolutely
shocking from FNB - no one is able to help or provide information - WHAT IS GOING ON. no one is willing to meet me half way. i also asked that in the meantime to unblock my credit card account on online banking... but NOTHING!!!
