BAD SERVICE (HEAD OFFICE)

I requested for the rescheduling of my account repayments as I am currently heavily indebted and have 5 personal loans and a credit card from African Bank. When I called the accounts department i was informed that I need to take documentation to the branch and ask them to fax these to African bank. I have done so on 19 April 2013 but was declined on 25 April 2013 when went to the branch as I did no get any feedback. The branch (Shirley at Grahamstown branch) indicated that it was declined although I am up to date will all payments at this stage. Taking other living expenses and commitments in mind, I will have no alternative but to make use of debt counselling services if get no assistance. I believe this matter can be resolved by either a consolidation loan or the rescheduling of my current repayments. I will appreciate urgent intervension in the matter.
