I was involved in a car accident and the situation forced me to register a claim with my insurance compay King Price Insurance. I sent them an e-mail on the Sunday the 14 April 2013 and Monday morning I received a call from Anieka Lekay with confirmation that a calim was registered. She reqeusted me to send her some documents regarding the accident. She was constantly in touch with me from then until a claim was finalised. She is even prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that panelbeaters will give me a royal service that all King Price Insurance customers deserve.
She is so proffesional and I am convinced that she could make a good team leader should she be afforded the opportunity. She has managed to develop an element of trust between me as a customer and King Price as a reliable service provider. King Price should invest more on people like Anieka, she displays a true reflection of treating customers with royal respect. Anieka keep up the good work.
