I went three times into a african bank branch, just to walk out disgruntled and with a NO from them. I know that currently I'm over comited, therefore the reason why I want a loan so that I can get back on my feet again. But it seems african bank does not understand that. I'm a very unhappy customer, why would you want such a loan if you are not in need and when you are in need you just get a No.
I feel that a bank I trust and that I have been doing bussiness with should understand my needs and assist me and not force me into searching.
