Called in to cancell my insurance on 8-Mar, and was told by the consultant, it will be once month's notice. She gave me a email to send my letter of cancellation

Our policies are on are month to month date and not on are month to date basis.
The cancellation is determined by the date the request was sent to us, not the date of intention to cancel the policy.
Policy I Signed:
18.104.22.168 Once the Insured (or his legal representative) has given written notice to terminate this policy, or once the Insurer has provided at least one month's written notice to the Insured of any such alteration or termination. Upon receipt of this notice, all the cover will be cancelled forthwith and all subsequent premiums paid will be refunded.
He REFUSED to listern to me, told me i will pay the premium. He was RUDE, and slammed the phone down while busy talking. He says they send out emails to make changes to a policy, and i just need to except a policy change. I did not sign for a policy change!! You can't change my policy without me signing for it! He insisted that it is the way it works. I am absolutely DISGUISTED by Oneplan, my entire journey with them has been HORRIFIC!!
