UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE FROM THE CEO

After numerous mails and phone calls FNB eventually decided to send me a e-mail... just to say they won't take responsibility for my loss due to my cheque card that was!! but they are very quick to deduct money from my cheque account to settle the outstanding balance on my credit card!!!

So FNB why do i send e-mail or talk to your call centre!!!

YOU ARE THE WORST BANK EVER!!
