I applied for a top-up loan on the website on the 5th April 2013 and it was immediately approved, I have not received any notification of the payout so I sent them a customer query via the website on the 8th April 2013 to which they responded that they are not a loan company that source the loans and have to wait for the payouts from the approved lenders etc and they currently experiencing a huge backlog and it would take about 3 weeks before the loan is paid out, and the payouts are system generated so they cannot confirm the date or the time. It has been 3 weeks since and I still have not received any payout or notification thereof. I am sure I am not the only customer that this is happening to but this is not acceptable that this people are doing business this way, nobody can provide me with any answers about if this company actually can afford to payout loans to people. I would like an answer immediately as to what is happening with my loan and an exact date and time of payout, to have to wait 3 weeks is utterly ridiculous!!!
