I have full record of my debt owing, and payments made. However I do not correlate with what MBD have. They send letters out randomly, the balance due indicating thereon increased. No matter the fact that you are adhering to your monthly repayments.
On request of a detailed statement, MBD just ignore the request.
They are quick to phone you and ask that your payments be done regularly on debit order basis and thank you for the payment made last month remember not to forget your monthly agreement, as if it has been made.
I have even sent them an email on a regular basis with the information and payment proofs requesting a recon statement. But at no avail. Do not even try to phone that is even worse, you just hold till kingdom comes and still get nowhere.
