Statement

I have been asking for a statement for my account for months now with no feedback. My credit report is still showing that I owe R16000 on a R15000 loan. Even though if I work out how much has been paid back it is way more than R15000. I need a detailed statement showing all transactions on the loan account, with payments and charges showing urgently.
