I went under debt review since January this year. My account has been debited since every month for about R2400 which shouldn't happen. I called them in march and reported it and they said I am on their system for debt review and that my debit orders has indeed been cancelled, we even confirmed it via email and telephonically. So what do I do now that they've done wrong? I need a reversal asap please.
